Tiny vintage in the big brand heart of Venice

10 03 2011

In the area of the big brand shops – Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Gucci, etc. –  just behind San Marco square, you wouldn’t expect to find this little tiny shop selling vintage clothing. Its name is Carpe Diem and it is sited in a nice square – Campo Santa Maria del Giglio – just in front of the homonymous church, where you can find paintings of Tintoretto and Rubens.

In a cosy atmosphere, you can find a 50’s hat or a “french style” umbrella, browse among the Chanel and Gucci bags and choose among lots of vintage clothes and accessories, carefully selected by the owner Elena, fond of vintage fashion since many years.
